Armada Center Director
Sarah Zanotti, PT, DPT, was first exposed to the Physical Therapy world when she was a young athlete. Having suffered many spinal injuries, she was in and out of Physical Therapy for years. From that point on, she was determined to become a Physical Therapist and help others on their road to recovery.
Sarah has received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Michigan State University in 2007, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2010. While at Oakland, she received the Neurological Excellence Award from the faculty. Sarah completed an extensive residency and received her Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2012. She is currently a teaching assistant in the entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Oakland. Sarah is also certified in the Graston Technique, and mentors incoming Physical Therapy students as a clinical instructor.
In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She loves biking, yoga, kayaking, and cheering on her Spartans.
