Armada Center Director
Sarah Zanotti, PT, DPT was first exposed to the Physical Therapy world when she was a young athlete. Having suffered many spinal injuries, she was in and out of Physical Therapy for years. From that point on, she was determined to become a Physical Therapist and help others on their road to recovery.
In 2007, Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Michigan State University, and in 2010, she obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University. While at Oakland, she was recognized by the faculty and awarded the Neurological Excellence Award.
Sarah completed an extensive residency and received her Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2012. She completed her fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute in 2019. Sarah is also certified in the Graston Technique, Dry Needling, and mentors incoming Physical Therapy students as a clinical instructor.
In Sarah’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, and three daughters. She loves biking, yoga, kayaking, and cheering on her Spartans.
