Plymouth Center Director
Jeffrey Sirabian, PT, MHS, OCS, Cert. MDT, CSCS, FAFS is a graduate of the University Of Michigan School Of Physical Therapy. He went on to obtain his Master of Health Science in Orthopedics from the University of Indianapolis. Jeff is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist with over 34 years of clinical experience, along with providing care to Professional, Collegiate and High School Athletes.
Jeff has attended numerous continuing educational conferences on orthopedic and sports related injuries. He has in-depth knowledge and experience with osteopathic manual therapy, joint mobilization techniques, and McKenzie treatment techniques as well as other manual therapies. In addition to manual therapy exercise prescription, patient education is utilized as an important part of the treatment plan. Jeff is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Jeff is a fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) through the Gray Institute. He specializes in biomechanics and function.
Jeff is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Michigan Physical Therapy Association (MPTA). He is also a member of the Sport Medicine Section of the APTA as well as the American College of Sports Medicine. He has been very active in the sports medicine community working with athletes of all ages including collegiate and professional. He served as head physical therapist of the Detroit Rockers Soccer Team for the 2000/2001 season. Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists are currently providing sports medicine services to various schools and colleges.
