Miranda Ulicny, PT, DPT developed her interest in physical therapy at the age of 16 after a shoulder injury from playing softball led her through the rehabilitation process. That personal experience inspired her to pursue a career helping others regain strength and function through physical therapy.
Miranda earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science – Kinesiology from Central Michigan University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan-Flint. Early in her career, she worked in an orthopedic surgery office which solidified her passion for orthopedic care. Her clinical interests include post-operative rehabilitation, dry needling and balance training.
Miranda joined Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists in January 2025 and enjoys contributing to a team commited to high-quality care and patient outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Miranda enjoys spending time on the lake, travelling, attending concerts, and watching Lions football. She lives in St. Clair Shores with her husband and their two cats, Bandit and Callie.
