St. Clair Shores Center Director
Kristin Moening, PT, DPT, LSVT Big, Cert. TDN joined the PPTS team in March of 2021 as the clinical director in Saint Clair Shores. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Fitness from Central Michigan University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Midwestern University. Kristin is a Board Certified LSVT Big Parkinson’s Specialist, and Certified in Dry Needling Therapy from the Spinal Manipulation Institute.
Kristin has an extensive background working with individuals with vestibular disorders, balance limitations and neurological injuries as well Sports and Orthopedic related injuries. Kristin has written a Case Study on the Effects of the combination of aerobic and strengthening exercise on individuals with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. With her 7 years experience in the Physical Therapy field and her Sports and Neuro background, she provides top individualized care for all persons.
Kristin loves to connect with all her patient’s through stories and laughter. She notes that every day is a new adventure. You can often find her jetting around the state, nation or even world in her free time.
